Position Summary
As Digital Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for increasing the quantity and quality of customer and prospect engagement through all digital channels. You will work closely with the UK Marketing team and the Group Brand team to ensure all digital channels are kept up to date and aligned with the Claranet UK marketing strategy.
Role Mission
The strategy is to build long-term, trusted relationships with customers by delivering market-leading, integrated managed services. The Digital Marketing Executive will support the digital strategy and optimise online campaign performance by analysing data, developing campaign strategies, and reporting on campaign performance.
Objectives and Key Results
- Drive an increase in traffic and click-through rate to the Claranet website.
- Work with the Content Marketing Executive to improve traffic flows and impression rates by promoting effective copywriting habits that apply SEO science to content creation.
- Drive brand awareness and generate marketing leads for the sales teams.
- Optimise the usage of marketing tools to maximise Return on Marketing Investment (ROMI).
Duties and Responsibilities
Essential duties and responsibilities include:
- Work with the Head of Marketing and PR to develop a complete and lasting digital marketing strategy.
- Recommend and implement changes and improvements to the digital marketing strategy to yield maximum results.
- Execute digital campaigns built in-house and in collaboration with agency partners and ensure appropriate measures are in place to report progress.
- Develop and maintain digital campaign and web measurement strategies.
- Collect and analyse customer, marketing, and web behaviour data, reporting outcomes to campaign owners for continuous improvement.
- Measure the efficiency and effectiveness of all marketing activities via Salesforce and digital marketing tools.
- Provide insights on the performance of the Claranet UK website.
- Review performance against the goals set out in the digital marketing strategy.
- Act as the main administrator for the Claranet UK website and all marketing tooling.
- Keep up to date with the latest marketing technology solutions and recommend improvements.
Position Specifications
Behavioural competencies include being flexible and creative, learning and adapting quickly, self-motivated, and able to manage conflict constructively.
Critical competencies include knowledge and experience in carrying out standard relevant tasks confidently, experience working with digital campaigns and channels, and a working knowledge of Drupal CMS and Salesforce Pardot.
