The role supports on-site data centre operations, 37.5 hours per week across day shifts 7:00–19:00 and an on-call rota, with overtime in line with policy.
You will install and troubleshoot server hardware, firewalls, switches and routers, perform routine maintenance, document assets, and provide hands-on support to customers and internal teams.
