Position Summary The Network Product Manager is responsible for managing the development and launch of network products and services that meet the needs of Claranet’s customers.
They will drive the product strategy and roadmap, supporting cross-sell and growth across our portfolio, while working closely across Technology Practices, Customer Success Growth, and Customer Experience and Managed Services.
They are responsible for driving repeatability and scalability across existing and new products and services.
The Network Product Manager will collaborate with Architecture and Technology Practices to develop next-generation secure, intelligent managed network services leveraging technologies like SD-WAN, SD-Branch and SASE products and services alongside existing MPLS and Managed LAN.
