We're working with a well-established regional law firm that is looking to recruit a talented Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with at least two years' PQE to join its thriving Insolvency & Restructuring team in Norwich. The Role

You’ll work across a varied caseload, including:

  • Business restructurings and corporate recovery matters
  • Formal insolvency procedures
  • Contentious insolvency disputes
  • Advising insolvency practitioners, directors, creditors and businesses
  • Drafting legal documentation and court applications
  • Conducting legal research and case preparation
  • Managing client relationships and providing clear, commercial advice
  • Supporting business development and helping grow the team's strong reputation

About You

You’ll ideally have:

  • At least 2 years' PQE as a Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive
  • Experience in insolvency, restructuring or commercial litigation (or a genuine desire to specialise in this area)
  • Strong technical and analytical skills
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
  • Outstanding communication and client care skills
  • A collaborative approach and willingness to contribute to a successful team
  • Commercial awareness and an interest in business development
