The Role
You’ll work across a varied caseload, including:
- Business restructurings and corporate recovery matters
- Formal insolvency procedures
- Contentious insolvency disputes
- Advising insolvency practitioners, directors, creditors and businesses
- Drafting legal documentation and court applications
- Conducting legal research and case preparation
- Managing client relationships and providing clear, commercial advice
- Supporting business development and helping grow the team's strong reputation
About You
You’ll ideally have:
- At least 2 years' PQE as a Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive
- Experience in insolvency, restructuring or commercial litigation (or a genuine desire to specialise in this area)
- Strong technical and analytical skills
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
- Outstanding communication and client care skills
- A collaborative approach and willingness to contribute to a successful team
- Commercial awareness and an interest in business development
