The Role
You'll advise on a broad range of rural and agricultural property matters, including:
- Sales and acquisitions of farms, estates and agricultural land
- Investment purchases and disposals
- Strategic land and development projects
- Agricultural and business tenancy matters
- Farming partnerships and succession-related transactions
- Renewable energy projects including solar, wind and battery storage schemes
- Equine property transactions
- Mineral leases and related agreements
