You’ll handle a varied mix of commercial property matters, including:
- Freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals
- Drafting and negotiating commercial leases, licences and renewals
- Secured lending and property finance transactions
- Development work, including options and overage agreements
- Corporate support on business acquisitions and disposals
- Landlord and tenant matters
- Property management issues
- Building strong relationships with clients and professional contacts
- Supporting business development and helping grow the team's excellent reputation
You’ll be encouraged to manage your own files while working closely with experienced Partners and Senior Associates on larger and more complex transactions.
About You- Around 3 years' PQE or more in commercial property (applications outside this range will also be considered)
- Solid technical knowledge and commercial awareness
- Experience managing commercial property matters with appropriate supervision
