What you’ll be doing

• Advising clients on property and affairs deputyships
• Acting as a professional deputy where needed
• Managing personal injury trusts and awards
• Mentoring junior colleagues and supporting team development
• Driving growth and development of the Court of Protection service

About you

• Qualified solicitor with strong Court of Protection experience
• Comfortable in a senior advisory and oversight role
• Knowledgeable on property and affairs deputyship, personal injury trusts, statutory Wills and disputes
• Experienced in managing teams and mentoring others
• Proactive, commercially aware, and client-focused
