The Role
You will manage a varied caseload of employment matters, including:
- Advising on disciplinaries, grievances and workplace issues
- TUPE, restructures and redundancy processes
- Employment Tribunal litigation
- Drafting and negotiating settlement agreements
- Advising on industrial relations and strike action
- Supporting clients with ongoing HR and employment queries
You’ll also:
- Work alongside Partners on more complex matters
- Build strong client relationships
- Contribute to the continued success of the team
About You
This role would suit someone who:
- Has 4+ years’ PQE in Employment Law
- Is trained with or has experience in a good quality firm with a solid workload
- Has strong technical ability across both contentious and advisory work
- Is confident managing their own caseload
- Has excellent communication and client care skills
- Is organised, proactive and commercially aware
