Your Role Will Involve: Representing clients at Employment Tribunals (including advocacy at preliminary hearings and full trials) Advising on a variety of employment law matters including dismissals, discrimination, TUPE, redundancies, and breach of contract Drafting legal documents and precedents, and negotiating settlements with a high level of interpersonal and legal skill What We’re Looking For: We’d love to hear from you if: You’re a qualified solicitor in England and Wales with 2+ years of post-qualification experience in employment law You bring strong commercial awareness and practical, solutions-focused legal advice You take pride in delivering a high-quality service and building lasting client relationships Even if you don’t meet every requirement, we’d still encourage you to reach out – this firm believes in finding the right person, not just a checklist.
