Are you an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor looking for a new challenge with a supportive and dynamic team? We’re working with a well-established law firm in East Anglia that is seeking a talented individual to join their Commercial Property team, focused on residential development. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow your career in a role that offers flexibility, professional development, and a diverse range of work.

About the Role:
As a key member of the Commercial Property team, you’ll handle a variety of matters, including:

  • Acquisition and disposal of freehold and leasehold premises

  • Managing investment portfolios

  • Working on residential development sites

  • Handling property finance transactions

  • Advising on landlord and tenant matters

  • Providing corporate support and addressing associated property issues

You’ll have the chance to work with a wide range of clients, from individuals to PLCs, offering reliable advice on all aspects of Landlord and Tenant matters. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys a diverse workload and building strong client relationships.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Qualified solicitor with at least 3 years’ post-qualification experience in commercial property law

  • Strong knowledge of legal principles related to commercial property

  • Ability to manage your own caseload efficiently

  • Excellent communication skills for client meetings and professional collaborations

  • Proficiency in preparing legal documents, reports, and correspondence

  • A proactive approach to business development and networking
