Are you a Litigation Lawyer looking to build your career in a firm that genuinely supports your development, values its people, and offers high-quality work from day one? We are working with a well-established and growing regional law firm with a strong reputation across Essex, Suffolk and Norfolk, now looking to expand its Dispute Resolution team with the addition of a Property Litigation Lawyer. The firm is open to considering candidates at all levels of PQE, from junior solicitors through to senior lawyers.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative and well-regarded team with a loyal client base, strong referral networks, and a steady flow of quality work.
The RoleYou will join a busy and supportive Dispute Resolution team, handling a varied caseload of property litigation matters. Depending on your level of experience, you will either manage your own files or work closely with senior colleagues on more complex disputes. The work is broad and engaging, including:
- Residential and commercial property disputes
- Landlord and tenant matters
- Boundary and neighbour disputes
- Possession claims
- Property-related contractual disputes
You will also have the opportunity to get involved in business development and client relationship management, supported by an experienced and approachable team.
