We are working with a highly regarded, Chambers‑ranked law firm that is continuing to invest in and grow its Commercial Real Estate team following the recent appointment of a new Head of Department. This is an excellent opportunity for a junior Commercial Property Solicitor (circa 1–3 PQE) to join a supportive, forward‑thinking team and gain exposure to high‑quality work, strong clients and clear progression opportunities.

Responsibilities
- Support and develop within a busy Commercial Real Estate team.
- Work on a broad range of matters including acquisitions and disposals, commercial leasing, development work, property finance and asset management.
- Run your own matters with appropriate supervision.
- Work closely with senior lawyers on more complex transactions.
- Build strong client relationships from an early stage.
- Develop your technical and commercial skillset.
Qualifications
- 1–3 years’ PQE in Commercial Property, flexible on PQE.
- Experience assisting with or managing commercial real‑estate matters.
- Keenness to develop technical expertise and career long‑term.
- Strong communication and client care skills.
- Proactive, organised and eager to learn.
- Enjoys working as part of a collaborative team.
