The Work You’ll Be Doing
You’ll be handling a broad mix of private client matters including:
- Administration of taxable and non-taxable estates, including intestacies
- Drafting wills and lasting powers of attorney
- Advising on and administering LPAs
- Optional trust and deputyship work, if within your experience
