⚖️ The Role: A Chance to Lead, Influence and Grow

As Commercial Property Partner, you will play a key part in steering the team and contributing to firmwide strategy Your role will include:

Lead & Inspire: Provide direction for the Commercial Property team, promoting a culture of excellence, collaboration and innovation.

Grow Client Relationships & Drive Business Development: Strengthen relationships with long-standing clients while helping lead on networking, seminars, marketing initiatives and new business opportunities.

Deliver High-Level Technical Expertise: Advise on acquisitions, disposals, leases, development projects and complex commercial property matters.

Support & Mentor: Guide and develop junior lawyers, helping them grow in confidence and expertise.

Collaborate Across the Firm: Work closely with partners and senior leaders to help deliver wider strategic goals and future initiatives.

• A qualified solicitor with substantial commercial property experience
• Highly capable in handling complex transactions and negotiations
