2+ PQE | Bury St Edmunds or Ipswich | Hybrid Working

We are looking for a Commercial Property Solicitor with 2+ years' PQE to join a highly regarded Real Estate team, with the flexibility to be based in Bury St Edmunds or Ipswich.

A broad client base and interesting work
You'll advise a diverse mix of investors, developers, landlords, tenants, lenders and corporate occupiers, giving you exposure to different types of clients and transactions rather than being pushed into too narrow a specialism.
Your work will include:
- Commercial property acquisitions and disposals
- Landlord and tenant matters
- Drafting and negotiating leases
- Investment property
- Portfolio management
- Acting for developers and corporate occupiers
- Working with lenders on property matters
- Collaborating with other teams where real estate forms part of a wider transaction
You’ll manage your own caseload and build direct relationships with clients, with experienced colleagues available when you need another perspective or support on more complex matters.

Who are we looking for?
We're ideally looking for someone with 2+ years' PQE and a solid grounding in Commercial Property.
You’ll need to be comfortable managing your own matters, communicating directly with clients and providing advice that is commercial as well as technically sound.
Just as importantly, the team is looking for someone who is personable, collaborative and proactive. Someone who wants to be part of the team rather than simply working through a list of transactions.
