We are currently searching for a qualified and experienced sushi chef to join our restaurant's team. Clap is set in one of London's most prestigious areas, Knightsbridge. The restaurant showcases modern Japanese cooking with French and European influences.

As the art of sushi preparation and presentation is so critical to the customer, as well as to the reputation of the restaurant, we are looking for candidates who meet the following skill and qualification requirements for this position.
