We are seeking a Counsellor to provide a professional counselling service to participants on the Skills for Life & Work and Clanrye Group Youth Academy programmes, to include supporting individuals with learning difficulties/disabilities to address issues that affect their mental health and well-being.Please see employer website for full job details & person specification.

Responsibilities

  • Provide a professional counselling service to participants on the Skills for Life & Work and Clanrye Group Youth Academy programmes, to include supporting individuals with learning difficulties/disabilities.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Relevant Counselling qualification to the standard required to deliver on this programme.Accredited (or working towards accreditation) with a recognised professional body (e.g. BACP, IACP, UKCP, NCS).
  • Training or CPD in counselling young people/adolescents.Training or CPD in working with individuals with learning difficulties, disabilities, or additional needs.

Salary: £30,024 - £32,597 per annum pro rata.Closing date is 12 noon 09.10.25.
