As a Private Rental Housing Officer, you will be involved in all aspects of day-to-day operation of a portfolio of private market rental, shared equity and homeowner properties.

Responsibilities including lettings, tenant relations, rent accounting, administration and lease renewals.

You will be responsible for ensuring our customers adhere to their lease terms in respect of repairs obligations and payment of monies due under the terms of the lease primarily for the groups lettings of private market rentals and equity share homes.

We are looking for someone who is organised, a problem solver, confident, customer focused, resilient with a flexible, can-do attitude will help the service run smoothly.
