Housing and Estates Co-Ordinator 37 hours per week Mainly based at Barbour Court, Enniskillen with cover at neighboring schemes £25,917.28 -£28,961.53 per annum About you: Were seeking a Housing and Estates Co-Ordinator to join our team and make a tangible impact on our colleagues, customers and organisation. The role is mainly based in our Barbour Court scheme in Enniskillen, carrying out tasks with our tenants are the forefront of your duties. This dynamic role will involve overseeing tenancy management duties, conducting checks at neighboring schemes, and providing vital support to the Patch Assets Officer by assisting with walkabouts and reporting repairs. If you\’re passionate about making a positive impact in housing management, we want to hear from you! Your responsibilities: The JD sets out most tasks, but it includes: – Service and support to our customers through customer engagement and creating support plans. Support with ASB reports and liaise with statutory agencies where required. Welcome new customers to their home, providing and explaining the contents of their Customer handbook. Enhance social interaction for the customers. Minimise void properties in the schemes. Supervise staff in their day to day work.
