About the role: We have a fantastic opportunity for two Development Officers to join our team to help us deliver our ambitious development programme and manage our new developments on site. This rewarding role will provide you with an opportunity to develop and nurture relationships with property contacts and established developers in order to secure a pipeline of social housing projects, leading on exciting proposals and delivering high quality homes.
This exciting opportunity will suit self-motivated individuals who have excellent communication and organisational skills, are effective negotiators and have a proven ability to problem solve.
About you: You will have a third level qualification AND 1 years recent experience (within last 5yrs) in either of the following fields, i.e. a property / housing / construction / project management environment OR 3 years recent experience (within last 8yrs) in either of the following fields; property / housing / construction / project management / architectural environment. An interest in or knowledge of housing, to include planning processes, development processes and basic construction knowledge and have good negotiating and problem-solving skills, able to identify weaknesses within systems and procedures and actively engage with colleagues to create solutions and update working practices.

It is a hybrid role where you will have the option to work from home 2 days a week with the remaining 3 based mainly at our Belfast City Centre office.
