If so, we’d love to welcome you to our Housing with Care team. We’re looking for a dedicated Cook who will help us provide a warm, safe, and supportive environment where our customers can live well. You’ll be part of a friendly, collaborative team committed to delivering high‑quality care—and great food.
A bit about us: We are one of NI’s leading providers of high-quality housing and support housing services and our aim is to make a real difference to the lives of the people living in our homes.
What you’ll be doing:
- Preparing nutritious, homely meals tailored to the needs of our residents
- Supporting menu planning and contributing ideas for varied, enjoyable dishes
- Completing essential compliance and food safety checks
- Helping us maintain a welcoming, well‑run kitchen environment
A bit about you:
- NVQ Level 2 in Catering Hospitality or City Guilds equivalent
- At least 2 years’ experience working in a kitchen or catering environment
- A Basic Food Hygiene certificate
- Knowledge of older people’s dietary needs or menu planning
- You must also be able to communicate verbally in English with our residents
