As our Senior Engagement Officer, you will empower our customers to get involved by supporting and equipping them to shape the improvement of our services.
You will do this through leading Customer Engagement across the organisation.
You will also support and oversee our community investment activities across the neighbourhoods where we have homes, including the Shared Housing programme and Peace Plus Common Ground project.
