About the role
Help create the homes and communities of the future. Working as part of our ambitious Development team, you'll support the delivery of high-quality housing projects by building strong relationships with contractors, developers and colleagues. It's a varied and rewarding role where you'll contribute to projects that change lives while developing your knowledge, skills and career.
About you
You're motivated by delivering projects that make a lasting difference and enjoy working collaboratively to achieve shared goals. You'll have a third level qualification together with at least three years' recent experience (within the last five years), or five years' relevant experience (within the last eight years), in a property, housing, construction, project management or architecture environment. You'll also have an interest in housing and development, strong negotiation and problem-solving skills, and the ability to identify opportunities for improvement while building positive relationships with colleagues and partners.
