A bit about us: Clanmil Housing is one of NI's leading providers of high-quality housing and supported housing services and we try to make a real difference to the lives of the people living in our homes. We want someone like you, who has the empathy, passion and motivation to help vulnerable people make positive and lasting changes to their lives.
A bit about the role: Giboney House is a small but modern home to 13 residents. It offers a safe, comfortable environment ensuring our residents enjoy living in their homes. The homes are registered with RQIA for older people including those with dementia. Our great team of staff provide a person-centred care and support service placing the residents' needs, dignity and respect as their highest priority. Supporting and caring for people to age well is a priority for us and we have an opportunity for a Home Manager to help us to do this.
Managing the home, you will ensure the smooth integration of services and teamworking. You will be versatile, motivated and self-driven. With strong leadership skills you will engage, empower and motivate your team and inspire and encourage them to identify and develop their confidence and be the best they can be. 24hr residential care sometimes means this is not just a 9-5 job and we require flexibility to meet the needs of the home.
