A bit about the role:
As Assets Assistant you will provide a great customer-focussed service to our tenants.
A bit about you:
- You will have a minimum of 2 years administration experience in a busy office environment AND 5 GCSEs at Grade C or above, or equivalent, to include Maths & English OR 5 years relevant experience in a busy office environment.
- You will have a minimum of 1 years’ experience of dealing with a high volume of calls in front line customer service to include dealing with customer enquiries.
- You will also have complete proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office applications such as Outlook, Word, Excel and Power Point.
