Clanmil Housing Association in Belfast is recruiting Night Property Security Wardens to provide a visible security presence across our housing schemes. Two full-time 37-hour positions and one part-time 22.25-hour position are available, at £13.45 per hour.
The role supports resident safety, wellbeing and confidence, acting as the primary liaison between residents and the Association. A valid driver’s license and access to your own vehicle are required for night shifts across multiple sites.
