As Response Assets Officer, you will oversee all operational Asset management work within your schemes and patch area. You will support and assist scheme colleagues and the housing team to deliver a customer-focused service to our residents.
A bit about you:
- Two years experience (within the last seven years) within a construction/facilities/maintenance environment AND a third level qualification (or equivalent) in a relevant construction/facilities/maintenance environment.
- OR Exceptional candidates who do not hold a third level qualification but have five years experience (within the last seven years) within a construction/facilities/maintenance environment should also apply.

It is a hybrid role where you may work from home for 2 days a week and the other mainly in Belfast City Centre with occasional travel.
