Based across multiple Belfast schemes, 3 x 37 hour positions available and 1 Part Time 22.25 hour position available at £13.45 per hour.

A bit about the role: This is a frontline role providing a visible presence across our schemes, supporting the safety, wellbeing, and confidence of our customers. You will act as a key liaison between residents and the Association, ensuring that issues are identified early, responded to appropriately, and escalated when required. This role will be rotated on a 3 on, 4 off rota basis covering a number of schemes in the Belfast area.

A bit about you: You will have at least 1 year's experience working in a security/caretaker role and 1 year's relevant experience working with customers. You will be required to cover multiple schemes during the night, which means a driver's licence and use of your own vehicle is required for the role.
