There is a real opportunity for the right people to provide a range of care and support services to our residents, including assisting with the preparation and serving of meals and general housekeeping tasks.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with individual care needs.
- Assist in the serving/preparation of meals.
- Assist in the formulation of care/support plans and amend as required.
- Spend time with our residents and complete key worker reports as required.
- Be flexible and provide effective cover for other care staff in their absence ensuring our 24hr care and support for our residents. This could include night duty.
Skills and Qualifications
- Work as part of a team including the ability to work flexible work patterns which will include night and weekend cover.
- Previous experience of caring for the elderly.
