JOB SHARE PRIVATE RENTAL HOUSING OFFICER 15 hours per week(with requirement to work 37hrs occasionally) Working 2 days - Tuesday &Friday Based in Northern Whig House, 3 Waring Street, Belfast Salary: Β£41,041.78 pro rata per annum (for 15hrs salary - Β£16,638.60 per annum) About the role As a Private Rental Housing Officer, you will be involved in all aspects of day-to-day operation of a portfolio of private market rental, shared equity and homeowner properties. Responsibilities including lettings, tenant relations, rent accounting, administration and lease renewals. You will be responsible for ensuring our customers adhere to their lease terms in respect of repairs obligations and payment of monies due under the terms of the lease primarily for the groups lettings of private market rentals and equity share homes. We are looking for someone who is organised, a problem solver, confident, customer focused, resilient with a flexible, can-do attitude will help the service run smoothly. About you Were confident that you can bring expertise and experience that will help you excel at your job. What you need to show us is your drive for success, your passion for enjoying what you do and your authentic approach in following up on what you promise. You will have at least two years experience of relevant private market rentals, estate property management or housing officer roles. Excellent IT skills are required as well as the ability to organise, prioritise a busy workload in a vibrant working environment and to respond and adapt to changing priorities to deliver a quality service.
