As Assets Assistant you will provide a great customer-focused service to our tenants.

Responsibilities

  • Carry out a support role to Response and Planned team on administration tasks including letter generation, preparation of pro forma, updating data on various spreadsheets and supporting team on ad hoc projects.
  • Assist in the loading and updating of performance targets and actions on Pentana (performance management system).
  • Update the Aids & Adaptation spreadsheet and assist with the completions and closedown of works orders, collating invoices for claims processing and providing reports to Managers.
  • Update the voids spreadsheet and prepare tenant packs for dispatch to incoming tenants.
  • Carry out six-week check with new tenant.
  • Assist with 10% sample checks on voids processing for audit.
  • Closing daily Asset’s CRM notes.
  • Coordinate the customer meeting such as FSG and RCG. Agreeing venue and agenda, preparing and issuing papers and general meeting set up.

Skills and Qualifications

  • A minimum of 2 years administration experience in a busy office environment AND 5 GCSEs at Grade C or above, or equivalent, to include Maths & English OR 5 years relevant experience in a busy office environment.
  • A minimum of 1 years’ experience of dealing with a high volume of calls in front line customer service to include dealing with customer enquiries.
  • Complete proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office applications such as Outlook, Word, Excel and Power Point.
