Training Manager Clandestine Training Ltd β Hereford Full-time About us Clandestine Training is a UK-based training and consultancy company supporting government, defence and security clients in the UK and internationally.
Based in Hereford, we deliver specialist training, technical solutions and consultancy drawing on extensive operational and technical experience.
Due to continued growth, we are looking for an experienced individual to take ownership of the coordination, development and quality of our training activity.
The role The Training Manager will own the planning, coordination and delivery of our training programmes, working directly with clients, instructors and the wider team.
Responsibilities include: Planning and coordinating training programmes and delivery schedules Delivering specialist training directly to clients in the UK and internationally Managing instructors and training resources Working with clients to define and develop their training requirements Developing and improving course content and training materials Maintaining training records, documentation and quality assurance processes Reviewing training outcomes and driving improvements Supporting training proposals and new business development opportunities This is a full-time position based primarily at our Hereford office and training facility, with some flexibility for home working.
Occasional UK and international travel is required.

As the company grows, you will continue to develop the training function and have the opportunity to shape the role around your experience and strengths About you We are particularly interested in applicants with a background in training, defence, security, government, law enforcement or a comparable operational environment.
You will be organised and professional, comfortable running several training activities at once, and confident working directly with clients, instructors and other stakeholders.
Strong communication skills are essential.
Experience of training management, instructional design, course development or quality assurance is an advantage.
We are equally interested in candidates with strong operational and instructional experience who are ready to step into a training management role.
Formal training qualifications are welcome but not a requirement where experience demonstrates capability.
Given the nature of our work, discretion and sound judgement in handling sensitive information are essential.
