1 Year Fixed Term Contract – Field Performance Manager (FPM) – Metering

As a supervisor on our Anglian Water alliance, you will monitor performance of field resource on the metering contract, working closely with a variety of stakeholders to maximise day-to-day operations, ensuring the planning of work, control of plant, labour and risks are all controlled.

In this fast-paced environment, we’ll be making good use of health & safety expertise, as well as your organisation. You will ensure our field teams are effectively managed and able to cope with project demand and appropriate assistance and mentorship is provided to promote a ‘right first time and zero harm safety culture’.

These are just a few of the activities you’ll be involved in:

  • Proactively manage schedules to minimise disruption and preventable mistakes

  • Promote and drive continual improvement and innovative ideas

  • Reduce aborts, re-work and traffic management fines

  • Manage employee training and ensure that people are developed to make their best contribution

  • Ensure all work complies with relevant H&S and environmental legislation

What you need to be successful:

You will be an experienced supervisor, ideally with a good all-round knowledge of the construction & water industry. However, we are more interested in you demonstrating the right behaviours.

If you can showcase these attributes and possess applicable qualifications such as NRSWA Supervisor and a full clean valid driving licence. We would love to hear from you
