Are you a Chartered Surveyor looking for something a little different?
If so, perhaps our role for a Consents Manager will be of interest. We have brand new addition through growth, where you will be putting your expertise to great use, by being responsible for managing all aspects of consents and permissions required for Energy projects. This role will specifically focus on Development Consent Orders (DCOs) and Consents Management.

Ideally you will be a qualified chartered surveyor, or qualified through proven and extensive experience of securing land rights such as easements, access permissions nd managing consents for infrastructure projects
Utilities or Infrastructure sector experience is essential and ideally within the energy sector.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills as you will be liaising with landowners, agents, councils, and contractors.
A sound working knowledge of UK land and planning laws, including the Electricity Act and other relevant regulations.
Excellent organisation skills and computer literacy are a pre requisite.
A full UK driving licence is essential for site visits and stakeholder meetings.
