Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage electrical projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and on budget.
  • Oversee the design, installation, and commissioning of electrical systems and equipment.
  • Develop and implement electrical strategies and solutions for Grid Supply Projects (GSP).
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure project integration and success.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and team members.

Who We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience in a senior electrical engineering role or on substation projects.
  • Relevant qualifications in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • In-depth knowledge of electrical systems, regulations, and industry best practices.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to lead and inspire a team.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to project challenges.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients and stakeholders.
  • Experience with relevant software and tools used in electrical design and project management.
