Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage electrical projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and on budget.
- Oversee the design, installation, and commissioning of electrical systems and equipment.
- Develop and implement electrical strategies and solutions for Grid Supply Projects (GSP).
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure project integration and success.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and team members.
Who We're Looking For:
- Proven experience in a senior electrical engineering role or on substation projects.
- Relevant qualifications in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- In-depth knowledge of electrical systems, regulations, and industry best practices.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to lead and inspire a team.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to project challenges.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients and stakeholders.
- Experience with relevant software and tools used in electrical design and project management.
