We have an opportunity for an experienced Co-Creation Delivery Manager to join our team working within the IMRDS Alliance Clancy, supporting Anglian Water.
This is a high-impact role where you’ll take ideas from concept through to real-world delivery, leading co-creation programmes that improve performance, reduce cost and enhance outcomes for customers, communities and the environment. You’ll work across engineering, operations and supply chain partners, helping to shape and deliver new ways of working that can be tested, scaled and embedded into business-as-usual.
Here are some of the activities you will be involved with:
- Leading the end-to-end delivery of co-creation initiatives from idea generation through to trial, scale-up and adoption into business-as-usual
- Driving efficiency programmes that support cost reduction targets and measurable performance improvement
- Designing and delivering trials across desktop, pilot and live operational environments
- Facilitating co-creation workshops, bringing together multi-disciplinary teams to solve complex challenges
- Developing business cases and supporting governance approvals, including management of project budgets
- Tracking, realising and reporting on both financial and non-financial benefits
- Embedding continuous improvement, innovation and learning across teams and programmes
- Influencing senior stakeholders and delivery partners to adopt new ways of working and challenge traditional approaches
- Capturing and sharing lessons learned to support wider organisational learning and improvement
We would love to hear from you if you are naturally curious and motivated by improving how things are done, with experience of working in complex operational or delivery environments. Confident in bringing people together to solve problems and turn ideas into practical solutions, balancing creative thinking with commercial awareness and delivery focus. Additionally, you’ll be comfortable working with and influencing a range of stakeholders, including senior leaders, and able to translate complex ideas into clear actions and measurable outcomes. Above all, you’ll be passionate about collaboration, co-creation and continuous improvement, and driven by the desire to deliver real and lasting value.
A full UK Driving Licence will be required for the role due to travelling across the Anglian Water region.
