We have an exciting opportunity for a Health and Wellbeing Lead to join our team. In this key role, you'll lead the development and delivery of our health and wellbeing strategy, helping to create a culture where people feel supported, valued and empowered to be at their best. Working across the business, you'll drive initiatives that promote mental, physical, social and financial wellbeing, ensuring employees have access to the tools, resources and support they need.

Here are some of the activities that you'll get involved with:

  • Develop and deliver a comprehensive wellbeing strategy that supports mental, physical, social and financial wellbeing.
  • Partner with internal and external stakeholders to embed wellbeing across the organisation and align it with key business priorities.
  • Lead wellbeing governance activities, supporting champion networks and driving engagement, accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Increase awareness of mental health and psychosocial wellbeing through training, resources and the promotion of psychologically safe working environments.
  • Design and deliver targeted health promotion initiatives, campaigns and interventions that support healthier ways of working and address specific wellbeing challenges.
  • Monitor and report on programme performance, ensuring wellbeing policies, audits and reporting requirements remain effective, compliant and aligned with business objectives.

We'd love to hear from you if you can demonstrate:

  • You'll be a passionate wellbeing professional with experience developing and delivering wellbeing and mental health initiatives within a complex organisation.
  • Combining strategic thinking with a practical approach, you'll be confident influencing stakeholders, leading projects and delivering programmes that make a measurable impact.
  • Strong communication skills, knowledge of psychological safety, workplace wellbeing and relevant legislation, and the ability to use data and insights to drive continuous improvement are all essential.
  • Above all, you'll be a proactive, people focused individual with a genuine passion for helping others thrive.
  • A relevant qualification in wellbeing, occupational health, psychology, mental health or a related discipline would be advantageous.
  • A full UK driving licence is essential, as this role requires regular travel to sites across the Anglian region.
