We're looking for Water Rehabilitation Operatives to join our team, carrying out rehabilitation and repair works across the clean water network in the Penzance and Camborne area.

This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors and wants to play a key part in maintaining and improving essential water infrastructure.

You'll be paired with a highly experienced Team Leader who will support your development and help you build your knowledge and experience within the clean water sector.

Here are some of the activities you will get involved in...

  • Carrying out water main rehabilitation and repair works across the clean water network.
  • Locating and repairing water mains defects.
  • Undertaking rehabilitation techniques including slip lining, pipe bursting, directional drilling, mains connections and open-cut works.
  • Checking equipment and systems are fit for use, maintained and fully operational.
  • Completing risk assessments and ensuring safe systems of work are followed.
  • Maintaining strict adherence to all Clancy health, safety and environmental procedures.

We would love to hear from you if...

You have previous experience working on clean water networks, with a good all-round knowledge of the construction and water industry.

Additionally, experience in water main rehabilitation, including techniques such as slip lining, pipe bursting, directional drilling, mains connections and open-cut works, would be highly desirable.

However, if you have a strong water network background and are keen to develop these specialist skills, full training and support will be provided.

A full UK driving licence is also required.
