Clan Cancer Support is seeking a Children & Families Service Team Leader to guide the regional CFS across Aberdeen City, Aberdeenshire, Moray and the Northern Isles. You will lead a team of five Practitioners while continuing client work and shaping service responses to needs of children, young people and families affected by cancer.
You will develop professional services, manage referrals and capacity, and engage in partnerships with Health, Education, Social Work and the Third Sector.
