Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Contract Manager role based in Borough Green.
The Contract Manager will oversee the lifecycle of domestic heating/servicing contracts in the social housing sector, including drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and ensuring compliance with agreed terms and legal requirements.
Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating with internal teams and external partners, maintaining accurate contract records, tracking key dates and obligations, and supporting risk management and dispute resolution.
The role also involves preparing reports on contract performance, identifying opportunities for process improvement, and supporting budgeting and forecasting related to contracted work.
The Contract Manager will work closely with leadership to ensure contracts align with company policies and strategic goals.
Qualifications
Experience managing the full lifecycle of contracts, including drafting, negotiation, and administration.
Strong knowledge of contract law principles, compliance requirements, and risk management practices.
Proficiency with contract management systems, document control, and basic office software (e. g., Word, Excel, email tools).
Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities.
