Responsibilities include travel to various stores within your assigned route. A driving licence and own car are required. Stores covered include:
- Asda Hounslow
- Morrisons Brentford
- Asda Twickenham
- Asda Hayes
- Matalan Hayes
- Matalan Osterley Park
Key tasks involve:
- Recovering, replenishing, and merchandising the concession shop during frequent visits.
- Validating all carton deliveries from the Distribution Center.
- Implementing and executing the Planogram in line with In-Store Presentation guidelines.
- Replenishing stock from fixture storage and stockroom to ensure all products are on the sales floor.
- Ensuring promotions and sales are in line with operational requirements.
- Organizing extra stock in assigned areas (inside tower storage and stockroom).
- Processing empty cards, transfers, and damages as required.
- Checking style numbers in the concession system to ensure proper scanning.
- Proactively looking for and making suggestions on how to improve sales performance.
- Ensuring that the Concession area is kept clean and tidy at all times and products are not left on the floor.
- Leading and training partner team by example, demonstrating good product knowledge.
- Providing regular updates on performance of concessions to the Concessions District Sales Manager, along with feedback and recommendations for areas of improvement.
