Responsibilities

  • Piercing Excellence: Join the ranks of our piercing experts through comprehensive training. Conduct piercings, educate on aftercare, maintain a sterile environment, and address questions and concerns throughout the process.
  • Keep It Fresh: Maintain an Insta‑worthy store with perfect displays, organized inventory, and easy‑to‑shop layouts that make browsing fun and effortless.
  • Team Collaboration: Support the Store Manager by motivating the team, sharing sales tips, and creating a positive, high‑energy vibe that customers and coworkers love.

About You

Job Requirements

  • Can conduct piercings and demonstrate patience and empathy, especially with young or anxious customers.
  • Proficient in operating a POS system to facilitate transactions and manage sales efficiently.
  • Completed some high school and have at least one year of retail management experience.
  • Can stand during scheduled shifts and maneuver 11‑35 kg (25‑75 lbs).
  • Can bend, stoop, reach, and climb ladders or step stools while placing merchandise and assisting customers.
  • Passionate about providing customers with opportunities to express themselves freely every day.
  • Energized by interacting with customers and strive to provide excellent service throughout their visit.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with customers, employees, and management.
