Responsibilities

• Own the Sales Game: Crush sales goals by delivering next-level customer experiences, upselling must-have accessories, and promoting promos to drive revenue.
• Piercing Excellence: Participate in training to guide customers through piercings, educate on aftercare, maintain a sterile environment, and address questions and concerns during the process.
• Keep It Fresh: Maintain an attractive store with well-organized inventory and shopper-friendly layouts.
• Team Collaboration: Support the Store Manager by motivating the team, sharing sales tips, and creating a positive, high-energy atmosphere for customers and coworkers.
• Brand Representation: Showcase Claire\’s products, stay updated on fashion and social media trends, and help customers find their style to boost sales.
• Store Operations: Oversee store operations with efficiency and flair, including inventory, cash handling, visual merchandising, and coordinating promotions.
• Create Shareable Moments: Encourage customers to share their Claire’s purchases on social media.

About You

• Sales-Obsessed Energy: You love closing sales, hitting goals, and turning browsers into buyers.
• Social & Digital Savvy: You know trending topics and how to translate them into a great customer experience.
• Customer-First Mentality: You understand people and help them feel confident.
• Retail & Leadership Skills: At least one year of retail experience, ideally with some leadership or sales-driving responsibility.
• Ready to Hustle: You are organized, self-motivated, and proactive in leveling up.

Job Requirements

• You can conduct piercings and demonstrate patience and empathy with customers, including younger or anxious shoppers.
• You are proficient with a POS system for transactions and sales operations.
• You have completed some high school and have at least one year of retail management experience.
• You can stand for scheduled shifts and handle weights as part of store duties.
• You can bend, stoop, reach, and climb ladders or step stools to place merchandise and assist customers.
• You are passionate about helping customers express themselves through fashion every day.
• You enjoy interacting with customers and strive to provide excellent service.

• You have strong verbal and written communication skills for interactions with customers, staff, and management.
• You have a solid understanding of mathematics for inventory, sales analysis, and cash handling.
