Sales Assistant – Trafford Centre – 4 hours
Join Claire’s Retail team as a Sales Assistant at the Trafford Centre. Drive sales, engage with customers and help create the latest fashion trends.
Responsibilities
- Own the Sales Game: Crush sales goals by delivering next‑level customer experiences, upselling must‑have accessories and hyping up promos to drive revenue.
- Piercing Excellence: Conduct piercings, educate on aftercare and maintain a sterile environment while addressing customer questions.
- Keep It Fresh: Maintain an Insta‑worthy store with perfect displays, organized inventory and easy‑to‑shop layouts.
- Team Collaboration: Motivate the team, share sales tips and create a positive, high‑energy vibe that customers (and coworkers) love.
- Brand Representation: Showcase Claire’s products, stay plugged into fashion and social media trends, and use your knowledge to suggest products and boost sales.

- You can conduct piercings with patience and empathy for young or anxious customers.
- You know how to operate a Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently.
- You can stand during scheduled shifts and lift/maneuver 11–35 kg (25–75 lb).
- You can bend, stoop, twist, extend reaching and climb ladders or step stools while placing merchandise and assisting customers.
- You possess strong verbal and written communication skills.
- You have strong mathematics and reading comprehension skills.
- You have a passion for fashion and an interest in the latest trends.
- You can create a curated fashion look with product during your shift.
