Responsibilities
- Own the sales game: Crush sales goals by delivering next‑level customer experiences, upselling must‑have accessories and hyping promos to drive revenue.
- Provide piercing expertise: Conduct piercings, educate on aftercare, maintain a sterile environment and address questions throughout the process.
- Keep the store fresh: Maintain an Insta‑worthy store with perfect displays, organized inventory and easy‑to‑shop layouts.
- Collaborate with the team: Motivate the team, share sales tips and create a high‑energy vibe that customers and coworkers love.
- Represent the brand: Stay plugged into the latest fashion and social media trends to help customers find their perfect style.
- Operate store operations: Oversee inventory, handle cash transactions, visual merchandising and coordinate promotional activities.

About You – Qualifications

- Physical fitness: Ability to stand, lift 11‑35 kg (25‑75 lbs), bend, stoop, reach, climb ladders or step stools.

- Team player: Positive attitude, willingness to learn and driven team spirit.
Job Requirements

- Operate a POS system efficiently to facilitate transactions and manage sales.
- Completed high school and at least one year of retail management experience.
- Strong grasp of mathematics necessary for inventory management, sales analysis and cash handling.
- Organized, self‑motivated and can work alone at times.
