- Piercing Excellence: Participate in comprehensive training and guide customers through piercings, aftercare, and maintaining a sterile environment; address questions and concerns throughout the process.

- Team Collaboration: Support the Store Manager by motivating the team, sharing sales tips, and creating a positive, high-energy vibe.

About You

Job Requirements
- You can conduct piercings and demonstrate patience and empathy, particularly with young or anxious customers.
- You are proficient in operating a POS system to facilitate transactions and manage sales.
- You have completed some high school and have at least one year of retail management experience.
- You can stand during shifts and manage physical tasks (11–35 kg / 25–75 lbs).
- You can bend, stoop, reach, and climb ladders or step stools to place merchandise and assist customers.
- You are passionate about providing opportunities for customers to express themselves.
- You enjoy interacting with customers and strive for excellent service.
- You align with Claire’s values of teamwork, compassion, integrity, customer delight, diversity, and self-expression.
- You have strong verbal and written communication skills and a good grasp of mathematics for inventory, sales analysis, and cash handling.
