The Concession Merchandiser is responsible for recovering, replenishing and merchandising the concession shop during frequent visits, validating carton deliveries, implementing and executing the Planogram in-line with In-Store Presentation guidelines, replenishing stock from fixture storage and stockroom to ensure all products are on the sales floor, ensuring promotions and \"sale\" are in line with operational requirements, ensuring \"Markdowns\" are in line with operational requirements, organizing extra stock in assigned areas (inside tower storage and stockroom), processing empty cards, transfers and damages as required, checking style numbers in concession system to ensure scanning properly, proactively looking for and making suggestions on how to improve sales performance, ensuring that the Concession area is kept clean and tidy at all times and products are not left on the floor, leading and training partner team by example demonstrating good product knowledge, and providing to the Concessions District Sales Manager regular updates on performance of concessions, providing feedback and recommendations for areas of improvement.
Responsibilities
