Responsibilities

  • Own the Sales Game: Crush sales goals by delivering next-level customer experiences, upselling must-have accessories, and promoting promos to drive revenue.
  • Piercing Excellence: Join our piercing experts through comprehensive training. Become a trusted guide for customers — conducting piercings, educating on aftercare, maintaining a sterile environment, and addressing questions and concerns throughout the process.
  • Keep It Fresh: Maintain an Insta-worthy store with perfect displays, organized inventory, and easy-to-shop layouts that make browsing fun and effortless.
  • Team Collaboration: Support your Store Manager by motivating the team, sharing sales tips, and creating a positive, high-energy vibe that customers and coworkers love.
  • Brand Representation: Showcase Claire's products and services. Stay plugged into the latest fashion and social media trends to help customers find their perfect style. Use your knowledge to suggest products and boost sales.

Qualifications

  • Retail & Leadership Skills: At least one year of retail experience, ideally with some leadership or sales-driving responsibility.
  • Ready to Hustle: You are organized, self-motivated, and always looking for ways to level up. You can conduct piercings and demonstrate patience and empathy, particularly with young or anxious customers.
  • POS Proficiency: You are proficient in operating a POS system to facilitate transactions and manage sales efficiently.
  • Education & Experience: You have completed some high school and have at least one year of retail management experience.
  • Physical Requirements: You can stand during scheduled shifts and maneuver 11-35 kg (25-75 lbs). You can bend, stoop, extend reaching, and climb ladders or step stools while placing merchandise and assisting customers.
  • Communication & Math: You have strong verbal and written communication skills and a solid grasp of mathematics for inventory management, sales analysis, and cash handling.
  • Team Player & Self-Driven: You are a driven teammate with a positive attitude and willingness to learn, and you’re self-motivated and organized (some stores may require you to work alone).
  • Fashion & Trends: You show a passion for fashion and stay up to date with the latest trends to enhance the customer experience and drive sales.
  • Piercing Capability: You can conduct piercings and demonstrate patience and empathy with customers, especially younger or anxious ones.
