We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Sports Instructor/Coach to join our thriving Girls School PE department (primarily working in our Senior Girls School) who wants to immerse themselves in all aspects of sporting life in school.

As a Sports Instructor you would be responsible for supporting and coaching students within PE lessons as well as planning for and coaching at extra-curricular sports clubs for all students. As a member of the PE team you will support with administration tasks and help organise home and away fixtures, take ownership of sports teams and source new links with schools and local sports clubs.

We are looking for a team player who enjoys working with minimum supervision and using their initiative. This is a term time post working Monday to Friday during term-time between the hours of 8.00am and 6pm for 40 hours per week (Hours may vary with Sporting Fixtures).

Knowledgeable about Sports/Physical Education and wish to share that passion with our students. The ideal candidate will have a sports related degree or equivalent professional coaching qualifications. Experienced through working in a similar role. Capable of developing a coaching strategy in line with best practice of the sport in question. Patient, with the ability to inspire confidence and respect. Able to build excellent working relationships with students and colleagues. Engaged with the School's ethos, thinking creatively and reflectively within an open, honest and hardworking team.
